Hello!  My Name is Louise.  I’ve always been a Cook.  It’s my surname!  I’ve also always loved preparing and eating food.  I feel the attitude we bring to preparing food is as important as the ingredients we use. Many people have said that they can taste the love and care that I put into the meals I’ve made.  I always start with simple fresh ingredients and put them together with respect for what each element brings.  So vol-au-vents are not really my thing!
 
I pride myself on respecting the different dietary needs of  the people for whom I cook and am enthusiastic about introducing dishes that reflect the culinary culture of the countries from which ingredients originate.
